PU Foam Sandwich Panels

PU foam sandwich panels are widely used in vehicles,buildings,and other fields. It has excellent properties of heat preservation,sound insulation and impact resistance. KV Reefervan & Truck solution highly customize panels with variety of core thickness. These Panels are fexilible for different sizes of reefer truck body and box.
PU Sandwich Panels Basic Structure
The PU foam core Panel is a typical sandwich structure, the middle is a PU foam board for heat preservation, the upper and lower layer are skin materials, the skin and core materials are combined with an adhesive (usually polyurethane resin glue). Before combining skin and core material together firmly, we need to polish surface of PU foram boad to grooves. With the specially treatmet, after adhesive procedure, the panels are extremely strong in strength.
